Overview
The Green Lab at Kongu Engineering College is an innovation and prototyping initiative established with the vision of Sathish Kumar Thiyagarajan, supported by Dr. M. Geetha and Dr. PCD. Kalaivaani, and guided by practical hardware expert Ram Prakash.
Focus Areas
- Hardware & Electronics: Practical exposure to SMPS, motherboards, CPU components, system assembly, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Embedded & Automotive Protocols: Hands-on implementation of CAN (Controller Area Network) messages, DBC files, and Python/Java simulation tooling.
- Modular JVM Systems: Exploring JVM internals, bytecode, JNI native code integration, ProGuard optimization, and dynamic OSGi bundles on Apache Felix.
