Community Leadership & Role
Thirumurugan is a Core Member of the Tamil Nadu Java User Group (TNJUG) and a seasoned Lead Fullstack developer at Ventragate. He plays an active role in community operations, developer networking, technical event coordination, and state-wide developer meetups across Tamil Nadu.
As a core mentor within the TNJUG Open Source Labs, Thirumurugan mentors student cohorts through the Foundation & Java Core track, guiding upcoming engineers in object-oriented programming principles, project directory structures, clean code standards, and production-grade software delivery.
